Private In-Home Tasting

A truly customized experience for your get-together with friends or a special celebration.

Due to Georgia liquor laws, I am not able to sell or provide bottles for the tasting but will work with you to identify brands that will work best in the theme you select. It’s also a great way to finish up some bottles you already have sitting around or spread the costs across to your friends.

Glassware and pairable snacks/cheeses will be provided.

Pricing is based on the number of samples and is per person. All fees are paid directly to the Patriot Legacy Fund charity at the time of the event, either by the host or each participant. Get in a meal beforehand and don’t pre-game. Recommended max party size is 10-15.

Restaurant/Bar Tasting

Elevate your customers’ experience by offering guided tastings. The process begins with reviewing your current stock and selecting a theme, whether it be an Intro to Spirits class or a sampling of four to six Whiskies, Rums, Tequilas, etc.

Tasting glassware and sheets can be provided but it is recommended to have an assortment of light snacks/cheeses that pair well with the selected spirits. A theme-specific cocktail is also a great way to begin the session.

Rates are a flat fee per event based on the type of tasting (guided or open house style), and is best to keep the size to 15-20 to provide the most enjoyable experience for everyone.

Bar Staff Spirits Training

Looking to add to your staff’s general knowledge of spirits? Tasting or non-tasting education sessions that focus on base materials, typical aromas and flavors, aging requirements, and regional differences.

Select from a broad overview across all six major types of spirits, or a deeper dive into a single category. Examples might include Tequila vs Mezcal, Brandies (Cognac, Armagnac, Calvados, etc.), Whiskies (Bourbon, Rye, Scotch, Irish, Japanese, etc.), or Sugarcane vs Molasses based Rums.

Rates are based on the number of participants and depth of training provided.
